Manufacturing Engineer

* Plan and establish sequence of operations to fabricate parts or products with maximum optimization.
* Apply statistical methods and perform mathematical calculations to determine manufacturing processes, staff requirements and production standards.
* Analyze statistical data and product specifications to determine standards and establish quality and reliability objectives of finished products.
* Review engineering specifications, orders and related information to obtain knowledge of manufacturing methods procedures and activities.

Mechanical Inspectors

* Perform mechanical inspections of various machined products.
* Write programs for various automated inspection equipment.
* Develop and execute inspection plans.
* Use SPC and statistical quality control methods.
